All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturers. As such, packaging may reflect a company name or logo other than


The length of time an order takes to arrive depends on various factors, such as the production and shipping time of the manufacturer/ producer, shipping method, seasonal/ holiday volume and production nuances (e.g. custom or back-ordered items). However, most orders ship within 1-5 business days. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Some products or locations may be charged extra shipping and/or be excluded from promotional offers – i.e. free shipping. Certain manufacturers and products require additional shipping charges (e.g. weight-based, or if cooling packs are required). Please refer to your final order total before submission for total costs, including tax, shipping and fees, if applicable. General terms are listed below.

Rush Services/ Refunds/ Returns:

If you need an order rushed, please email us at and we can make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible, based on the
manufacturer/ producer inventory and policies (i.e. Next Day Air, 2 Day, etc.). Additional fees may apply.


- If an order is lost during shipping, will refund the total cost, including shipping (if applicable), provided customer contacts us by email at with the subject “Lost Order" and provides their order number and tracking information showing proof of loss/ unknown status no later than 5 days after expected delivery date.

- Stolen or misplaced orders (orders that were successfully delivered to customer address) will not be refunded.

- Perishable, customized or special order merchandise is not returnable/ refundable.

- Some other products are not eligible for return or refund (e.g. clearance, specialty, sale,etc.). 

- Refunds on all other returns, less shipping and restocking fee of up to 30% (if applicable), are processed provided customer contacts us by email at with the subject “Refund" and provides their order number and tracking information on the returned item(s) no later than 5 days after delivery date. Additional information may be required by the manufacturer. Return shipping charges, including special packaging and or insurance, where applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are usually credited within 5-10 days after merchandise return tracking status shows delivered. We apologize, but exchanges are not processed – a new order should be submitted.
